When in 2022 the slimming brand Powerslim switched to the new name and brand of PS Food & Lifestyle, they asked us to redesign their new digital customer journey, including website and webshop. In addition, a new PS app en coaching platform had to be built to support coaches and clients in the coaching processes and PS asked us to coordinate its construction. At the same time, Websculptures advised and coordinated the restructuring of the complex IT landscape in line with the new brand, adapted to the changed business processes and integrating the new app.

With a new brand, target group, webshop, app and new processes, the systems that supported it had to be radically adapted . In this complex situation with many technical partners involved, we assisted PS in redesigning the IT landscape and coordinated the technical suppliers.
