How to engage your customer's employees to help creating a clean and safe workplace? Together with ICS Groep, we developed the ICS Service App.

Facilities service provider ICS Groep was looking for an easy & accessible way to engage their customers' employees in helping to keep their working environment clean and safe by easily reporting unhygienic or unsafe situations to ICS.

We designed and built the ICS Service App: a so-called PWA (Progressive Web App), by which employees can easily report a situation incl. photo, to be resolved by ICS. By scanning a QR code, the app opens and the correct location is automatically selected.

Currently, the app is being used successfully by NS, GVB, Philadelphia, PostNL and Tesla, among others.
